I choose to "keep nothing" so it's like a complete wipe and install. I think I am just going to have to buy Windows again, maybe try Win8. Btw, thank you everyone for trying to help, I really appreciate it. Plus, I wouldn't mind speeding this thing up and cleaning it n4110 anyway. I didn't get Win7 from Microsoft directly so they don't provide support.
